The Batán Watermill is more than a rural house, is a turism option where you are offered the possibility to rest in an idilic place and perform activities in the surrounding nature. You can feel like a cowboy for a day, discover the aromatic and medicinal herbs of the area as well as its uses or even learn the horse's language. Futhermore, you have the possibility to ask for custom activities for the little one in the family to have lot of fun while learning.
The watermill is divided into 2 apartments and a Duo bedroom
All of then are situated in the main building.
Main Apartment (90m2), in the first floor.
It is divided in 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, with view to the garden. A bathroom. An american kitchen fully equipped, a dining and living room area with views.
The Granary apartment (60m2), top floor
It is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with doble bed and the other with 2 single beds. Each with views to garden or mountains. Bathroom, an american kitchen fully equiped, dining and living room area with more beautiful view.
The Duo Bedrooms
Is between the Main and Granary apartment. It has 2 bedrooms. One with 2 single beds, the other with a doble bed with beautiful views to the surrounding. The bath room in the firts level. Complementary to the apartments.
Annexe
It has a multipurpose room (30m2), a cellar with a table for 15 persons and a kitchen.
Parallel Activities
Approach to the horse
A class on communication and observation of the horse's behavior, the best to learn the way to communicate with such beautiful and intelligent animal.Children below 9 years will have to be accompanied of an adult.
Horse ride
Routes through alongside the Maidevera swamp and its surroundings, with the possibility of a great picnic in the nature. Children above 10.
Botanical Trekking
A walk for all ages in which you'll learn a vareity of plants found in the place and season, with explanations of what they are for, how to use them and how to store them.
babby-sitting services
Workshops are offered in which the little ones will have the opportunity to experience an approach to nature, with crafts and animals. Ask when making the reservation to make custom activities for your children to learn while having a blast
A day of sheepherding with cows
For a day you'll fell a cowboy. We will accompany a cow sheperd taking his cows to graze and bringing them back to the pen while descovring this old proffesion's secrets.
